About the Picklelicious Store

Robyn Samra, "The Pickle Lady," has been in the pickle business for over twenty years in New York and New Jersey. After closing her store at 763 River Road in Teaneck last year to focus solely on Farmer's Markets, she realized that the retail store was her passion.

So, along with Husband Ray Calvo - her new partner in business and life -- she is proud to announce the new home of Pickle Licious at 384 Cedar Lane, Teaneck, NJ, 07666. This proud single mother of two daughters (Alex 22 & Taylor 20) has found the love of her life and looks forward to continuing her pickle adventures with her fiance by her side.

Pickle Licious' has an enthusiastic retail following, including the Orthodox community of Teaneck and surrounding towns. Customers from the over 30 Farmers Markets flock to the retail store during non-market season to satisfy their pickle cravings.

Pickle Licious specializes in pickles of course (sold by the gallon, quart, pint, or pickle-on-a-stick). But we are also famous for our olives, olive paste, homemade tapenades, stuffed grape leaves, and marinated artichokes. We carry five flavors of fresh popcorn, and specialty items such as Robert Rothchild products and frozen meals from Get Healthy America, which won several awards at Kosher Fest. We are expanding our noshing store with cheeses, kosher sausages, and flavored nova, as well.

Pickle platters, olive platters and gift-wrapped mason jars have grown to be a huge hit, especially for Shabbos ... or any special occasion -- birthdays, Super Bowl, Christmas, Chanukah, Easter, Thanksgiving or Saturday afternoons with friends!

The new location will continue with all the flair of the past: the old Lower East Side feeling, warm and friendly staff, and, of course, FREE SAMPLES ALL THE TIME!
